Shipping and delivery?

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been posted. In the event of any delays in dispatch times we will notify you via email.

Customs Fees

Customs charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based off of unpaid customs fees. We will try to declare lower value on the products to save you some costs.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an order is unclaimed by the customer and/or returned to RadBob.com due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer. If after 30 days the customer does not respond we will refund the customer in full. The customer must pay for a re-dispatch if an order is returned to us.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title.
The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible

Is It Safe To Order Online ?

We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure. Please note that we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Ally payment are processed via Stripe.com secure payments.

What Is Your Return Policy ?

Here at RadBob.com we professionally test and restore each and every camera that’s sold. However, with the nature of vintage electrical items, sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control. We will be happy to accept any returns for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.

A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with any of the original packaging included. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when handling cameras as we cannot accept any items that have been physically forced or damaged. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of cameras at the time at which the return is received for processed.

If you are having difficulties using your camera, please contact us via email where we can assist you in how to use it.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for reasons such as :

• Change of mind or not liking your camera
• Not knowing how to use your camera
• Purchasing by accident

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email within 6 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests made after 6 hours will receive only a store credit, not a cash refund.

Cancelled orders will incur a 2.7% + $0.25 charge on their total refund amount (customers from the UK will also be charged an additional 2% charge on currency conversion fees).

How do I organise a return?

Where do I send my Return Item?

We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 5 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. Buyer is responsible for the costs if the item(s) does not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost in the post so we please ask you use recorded delivery.

Cameras sold by RadBob.com are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Our cameras have been pre-loved and used so may show cosmetic signs of wear. Major signs of use will always be mentioned in the item description.

We guarantee the working condition of all products sold. Each item is carefully tested, and full serviced by our in-house experts. In the odd occasion that an item has a fault or defect, the buyer is eligible for a full refund under our 30 day guarantee policy.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments provided by VISA and MasterCard. We do not save any of your card details on our server and this information is not visible to us, the payment solution is provided by Stripe.
